Data deletion

How to delete your data

Pablo stores your account, your workspaces and the content you create in them (brands, products, uploaded assets, designs). You can request deletion at any time.

1. Delete your entire account and all data

This removes all stored data: account, workspaces, brands, products, uploaded assets, generated creatives, AI connections and support conversations.

  1. Email us at office@ecombeat.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address you signed up with, so we can identify your account.
  3. We verify your identity (a reply from the registered email address is sufficient), confirm the request and delete within 30 days (GDPR Art. 17).
  4. You receive a final email confirmation when deletion is complete, with the deletion date for your records.

We may retain anonymised aggregated usage metrics (counts only, no identifying data) and billing records (7 years under Austrian tax law). Everything else is removed.

2. Disconnect an AI connection

To stop an AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) from accessing Pablo, sign in, open AI connections in the app and revoke the connection. From that moment on, no token of this connection is valid anymore. Your projects and designs stay in Pablo.

3. Facebook and Instagram

Pablo currently does not connect to Facebook, Instagram or other social media accounts and does not fetch any data from them. If you connected such an account in an earlier version of Pablo, you can remove Pablo in your Facebook settings under apps and websites, and you can have the data from that connection deleted through the email path above.
